		<description>Sorry people but you should have read the agreements. It is clearly stated that license can't be transfered and that you have to check if your region is supported.</description>

From developer's point of view, I know that Nokia has promised compatibility across S60 3rd devices. And now they're saying they cannot guarantee compatibility. :(
Please take "compatibility" seriously....</description>

I was lucky I only bought a 30 day license... although I didn't get to use it. After paying for the license, they told me they don't support navigation in my region.

Not something I would expect from a company owned by Nokia

I hope Nokia (which owns them) is seriously looking into this. Otherwise, the bad reputation of smart2go might bring Nokia down with them.</description>

		<description>that's a tragically poor policy to take.
This should have been brought up during the license purchase as I'm sure he wouldn't have bought it knowing he's bound to his old phone if he wants to use the software.
