They shot two videos - camera man video and Nokia video. There are a couple of "actors", who know when to act. Now the tricky part - they inserted Nokia video _into_ camera man video with some 3D tracking tool, which tracked four corners of screen to get a polygon for Nokia video. And they ran Nokia man's voice through a filter so it would sound like spoken through loudspeakers, with reverb and such. I think it’s a fake. They shot two videos - camera man video and Nokia video.
