when are they going to release the E62 update?
is there any homebrew OS or anything i can run on this piece of crap?
I am really angry at cingular for seducing me with this fake smartphone.

quesserit, I feel your pain. I too bought the E62 for my wife after I already owned an E61. I could’nt believe the difference in the two phones. Needless to say I took the junk 62 back to cingular and bought her the E61. Nothing seemed to work on the 62 that worked on my 61. Plus the 62 was very very slow at everything it did. Just browsing through contacts was very laggy. Hopefully they do have something to speed up those phones.

BIGGEST UPDATE OF ALL TIME, well…maybe not the biggest, but quite important..

since i got the e90 ive been devastated about its differece from the 9300i, but i was in europe for a couple of weeks and made friends with a nokia stoere manager and he assures me that there will be an update in about a month…only for the e90, not for any other s60v3 phone. so my guess is it will be geared towards the keyboard side of the phone… the shortcuts are what i really really miss. here’s to hope. thanks
